Your Citation Integrity™ Score is the company-level measure of how dependable your published information is for AI systems to use and cite at a defined assessment date. The free Audit gives you your first Score. A paid plan adds the full assessment, shows what is weakening your Score, turns genuine findings into prioritised actions, and helps you verify whether completed work changed the measured result. It does not claim to control whether an independent AI system cites, describes or recommends your organisation.
The Score is evidence of progress. Stronger Citation Integrity™ is the method; observed AI citation is the outcome.

The free Citation Integrity™ Audit gives you your first Score from a representative sample of up to 10 pages. A paid plan goes further.
The full assessment covers a representative corpus of up to 25 important pages — fewer if your website has fewer eligible pages — covering your organisation’s key public information, and gives a fuller reading of the same Score. It is not an assessment of every page on your website. Each completed assessment records your Score, its confidence, dimension-level results, evidence-backed findings and prioritised fixes, and your Score changes only when a new assessment completes.

Several important claims are currently supported mainly by your own website rather than an independent source.
How to fix
Identify the specific claims currently backed only by your own website — product performance, certifications, client outcomes. For each, secure or link an independent source: a registry entry, a certification body, a third-party review, press coverage, or a client reference hosted outside your domain.
Every priority in your report comes with its own fix, ranked by how much it would move your position.
The full evidence trail behind each dimension is available once a real assessment runs against your own organisation.
Independence
Your subscription doesn't buy a result
You pay CiteAbility™ to run the assessment and keep it current — not for a particular outcome. Your Citation Integrity™ Score is never adjusted based on what you pay, how long you've been a subscriber, or the value of the relationship.
Commercial relationships, account size, subscription tier and renewal history do not determine your Citation Integrity™ Score.
