Several important claims are currently supported mainly by your own website rather than an independent source.
How to fix
Identify the specific claims currently backed only by your own website — product performance, certifications, client outcomes. For each, secure or link an independent source: a registry entry, a certification body, a third-party review, press coverage, or a client reference hosted outside your domain.
Every priority in your report comes with its own fix, ranked by how much it would move your position.
The full evidence trail behind each dimension is available once a real assessment runs against your own organisation.

Your subscription doesn't buy a result
You pay CiteAbility to run the assessment and keep it current — not for a particular outcome. Your Citation Integrity Score™ is never adjusted based on what you pay, how long you've been a subscriber, or the value of the relationship.
Commercial relationships, account size, subscription tier and renewal history do not determine your Citation Integrity Score™.

Citation Integrity Score™ is not sold separately. It is included in Starter ($299/year), Growth and Enterprise, along with your priority fixes and improvement dashboard.
Starter includes one company. If you own or control other companies, additional company workspaces are available from $199/year each.
