Isolation
Every client stays separate.
Each client company is a completely separate Company Workspace. Evidence, Scores, Outcomes, monitoring history and certification status belong to that client alone.
Citation Integrity results are never combined across clients, and one client's information is never exposed to another. Agency-level views show operational portfolio information only.

CiteAbility Agency
You manage Citation Integrity on behalf of independent client companies. Each client gets its own workspace, and your agency gets a portfolio view across them.
Enterprise
A larger or structurally complex organisation managing itself — divisions, subsidiaries, teams, governance and integrations.
Certification
Agency access does not confer certification.
An Agency subscription does not certify client companies. Each client company must independently qualify and undergo its own Citation Integrity Certified™ assessment.
An agency may help a client remediate findings, but the assessment and the certification decision remain CiteAbility's. Paying for an assessment does not guarantee passing it, and agency access does not influence assessment independence.
